Refund policy
Returns: We will accept returns and exchanges for items that have a manufacturer's defect, was damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was shipped. We cannot offer returns or refunds for non-faulty products, as our products are made to order.
The products are checked before sending and are packed with care to ensure that the items reach you in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged goods, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the parcel by emailing us at ian@brazenstudio.co. Please include your order number, contact details and an image of the damaged item and packaging. If a parcel looks to have been damaged in transit, please take photos of the parcel before opening, if at all possible. We will then do our best to rectify the issue and issue a replacement or exchange.
Please note we cannot accept any returns of which we have not been notified in advance.
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the successful delivery of our products. The date of receipt will be based on the mail tracking information where applicable. If it is past 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and the original proof of purchase should be provided. To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product(s), you can contact us at ian@brazenstudio.co.
Please contact us before returning the item. If a replacement is not possible for any reason, we will be happy to refund you in full or offer an exchange.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to Brazen Studio. We would advise that you use a registered delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods being lost in transit. The courier is your point of contact for lost or damaged items. Please keep the proof of postage as we will need this for our records in order to reimburse you the correct amount.
Should you receive an incorrect item in your order, please follow the above information, ensuring to contact us first and we will reimbursed the cost of returning to us (receipt of posting will be required).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
Cancellations
We generally do not accept cancellations. Request for cancellation of orders will be made under our sole discretion. Since we will be charged credit card and bank fees on the refund, we will charge a cancellation fee of the order sum (shipping included) which will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will work with you to send the package back to its place of origin.
If the product has not yet been manufactured, and you would like to exchange it for another item in our store, please send us an email to check. The exchange of products will be at our sole discretion. For exchange of a product of the same value, there will be no additional charges. For exchange of product of a higher value, the difference in price and shipping cost (if applicable) will be charged. For exchange or product of a lower value, we will charge 10% of the original order sum + shipping charge. This fee will be deducted from the refund of the price difference between the original order sum and new order sum.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for the correct shipping location depending on where you live.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
